logo_atia_ancThe Taste of Mardi Gras is put on by the Alaska Travel Industry (ATIA) Anchorage Chapter. ATIA Anchorage Chapter is a grass roots committee for the Alaska Travel Industry Association.  ATIA is a statewide non-profit membership-based organization, which represents over 1000 businesses comprising all facets of Alaska’s visitor industry. The ATIA-Anchorage Chapter’s main purpose is to raise awareness on the importance of tourism to the community of Anchorage, provide a forum for ATIA statewide to communicate to its members, provide service to the community through charitable giving and raise money for the ATIA Anchorage Chapter Scholarship Fund.

logo_arcProceeds go to the American Red Cross of Alaska to serve your local neighbors in times of disaster. The American Red Cross of Alaska serves the entire state of Alaska, and you can count on them to be there to help you in times of need. They are a not-for-profit, non-governmental agency that succeeds in its humanitarian mission because of the generous support received from organizations and individuals like you who volunteer time and contribute money.
